Borris: Public sector pay freezes are hard to sustain at a time when private secto wages are rising. The bigger question about schools is, i think it is time to move to a five term model, away from this free tem model. How do you deal with the backlog of hospital beds in england? And how can we recover from something like covet which has so strained capacity and covers such a long waiting list? I will be surprised if significant economic restrictions return.
