Breathing should be smooth and rhythmic. If a patient is a chronic mouth breather, that's where the patient can really benefit quite a bit from just changing to nasal only breathing at rest. Often, you know, everyone is born breathing correctly,. It's our kind of inherent right to breathe well. And it's really become challenged by modern society - we lead these chronically busy lives. We rush all the time. Am I addicted to being busy? Do i need help with this or not? Are there any other ways for me to improve my quality of life in some small way?
