How to Stay in Zone Two

When you get into that zone two, before you start to get almost like spill over to where now there's too much CO2, that's when your respiration rate actually increases. And that's where zone two is. It's deeper breathing when you're running or biking or skiing wherever you're at. But it's not an elevated respiration rate. So that's a really good way to know that I'm still in this.
