The Importance of Peer to Peer Learning

We become better coaches by sharing rather than holding onto or hugging what we know. It's that kind of what you're experiencing that sharing, that notion of sharing can actually cause you to sit down and think of new ideas. The beauty of that is that the information has been shared initially and what it ends up being on the domestic stage is a better product. And again in this example I lean on cricket. You've got two sides going up against each other who actually know whether it's through coaching interactions or the athletes interacting at the national level what they're up to. So you've really got to bring your best game and that's only going to push talent development and skill development app.
