Making a Jim Crow Record Into a Nonprofit

I'm curious to hear your story around making this into a nonprofit because I think it's an advocacy slash activist move. And when did you all decide to to so you know in the music industry is a profit bearing industry. So share a little bit about that that portion of it becoming a nonprofit what was the theory behind that? Well, that was 2018, and it was actually just one of those, you know, necessity is the mother of invention things we needed funding.
