Music Technology and Women Network - It's Not About Taking Cake Away

i think working with the girls, that's really nice, cause they can perform something and no one knows whether they've made a mistake. They know what they're trying to do, but they're experiencing performencs no differently from us. And so this whole thing is about, you know, making a safe space for people who don't feel comfortable in environments that have already existed. We have been saying a silly thing or not thinking through it? Because the split that we currently in this industry is wrong,. It's music again, there's nothing boyish about music. So i just want all of us to try and be super cool and make this world sound like an awesome place.
