The Importance of AI in Storytelling

If there comes a point where AI can produce better stories than humans, I will be watching AI content gladly. If it brings me a communal experience with other people, that's what's important. But most of the time, what we're talking about is something that's still learning on a voluminous amount of information that was created by people. So you could argue what it is, is automating Matt and Trey's system, which is what AI is for. Now, when it replaces us, it's gonna be really interesting and disturbing, but what are we gonna do?
