The web telescope is designed to do very similar work to hubble. It's 30 years younger in some ways than hubble. But it doesn't have the capability to see the fects of micr waves and radiation from the early universe in the big bang. So for these reasons, the web telescope will do things that hobble didn't do, but it won't do things that bicep could do.
