I love for me, I love also that we're putting it in the beginning of the season for back to the basics. This is one of the first ideas that we're really talking about when it comes to what are the change mechanisms underlying EMDR as a therapeutic

process. Yeah, well, and I think what will

happen, this is me foreshadowing, is that as we go back to the basics, it will be really obvious to us that then the next step is beyond the basics. And that beyond the basics is really about how do we release ourselves into a creative and

artistic process of

EMDR based on memory reconciliation. And I think that's what's so exciting to me is that more than anything I want therapists to feel free to be creative in their work, but free in a way that is grounded in something that is within what the body is trying to do and not just an idea that we had because I think that there is some danger in just saying, yeah, do whatever you want. And I want to scrounded in something substantial, but something much less rigid and much more human and organic than a script. And I really feel like what Bruce offered us here in this call and in his research is how to do that. And so I'm just so excited to go back to the basics and then beyond and explore what can we do now with EMDR now that we know more. I love that.
