Prohibiting State Governments From Using State Funds

The bill would prohibit state funds from being held in the form of CBDCs, prohibited use by state pension funds of pension managers like BlackRock that engage in investment screens requiring companies to participate in woke policies and have an adverse impact on small businesses and farms. It also prohibits health insurance companies operating in the state to include chiropractic, natural pathic, homeopathic, and other alternative healthcare treatments as covered benefits. State supported schools and universities wouldn't be allowed to institute mask and vaccine mandates for students or staff. The measure is aimed at preventing COVID-19 and other health threats.
