A lot of hospitals are starting to realize that the error of their ways of counting SPD managers leads educators into that productivity model and really not safeguarding the non-productivity piece of that. You shouldn't expect your SPD manager, myself or a director to be in those roles as well. There's no way because the amount of trays produced in a total knee versus a endoscopy case is totally different. As we get more and more specialized with minimally invasive surgeries, that's going up. So I think a lot of hospitalsare moving away from, they'll say, case volume and moving towards a different model which is fantastic.
