Service Design Challenges - What Are the Pitfalls of a Service Designer?

The service designer can add the most value by making sure that the thing that we are building takes into account the very different needs from all the stakeholders involved. You need to figure out what people need. How should it look? How do they want to use it? Rather than designing again, designing for ourselves. It makes sense to get real information that exists within our teams and use this to challenge what we've built so that we're not designing something that might look good but doesn't help us.
