The Importance of Self Esteem

I think we have a culture right now that is increasingly focused on people being in purgatory with their success or failure. And so scoreboard was a framework that I developed as a manager and also just as an individual to help the people that reported to me, but also to help myself. It kind of regulates around being more neutral when it came to my self esteem or my emotions. So all this is is a notion doc that has these different categories of things.
