Are You Ignoring the Number of Days You Should Be in the Office?

Workers in financial services are often ignoring company rules on the number of days they should be in the office according to a new report. Study by nonprofit group Women in Banking and Finance and London School of Economics found that staff wanted more flexible working as they rejected presenteeism in favor of productivity. The researchers interviewed workers at companies such as Bank of America, BlackRock, City Group, Credit Suisse, Goldman Sachs, JPMorgan, Morgan Stanley, Nat West, Schroeders and UBS.
