Using the student feedback, not feedback, using their reflections to facilitate the next lesson is huge for me. I've actually been doing interviews lately for like bringing, hiring new teachers. And I have this question asking them how do they use data to inform the way they teach? It's pretty often just grades or assessment scores. No one really talks about how do we use reflection to inform how to make the next unit better and support our students.
