The state's direct involvement around especially what we've seen revealed in the recent court case in the Louisiana and also before that in the Twitter files changes the way we should think about combating censorship I think strategically. The idea of civil liberties is precisely the idea that the minority is protected from the tyranny of the majority around speech for instance. Just because a lot of people don't like what you say doesn't mean that you should be censored. In fact, it's specifically the people who might face the most opposition at first and maybe for a long time that require and should be protected by the First Amendment. So the state's involvement changes the entirety of the game. We can no longer argue about this
