The Supreme Court Case of Judgment in Yeshiva

The Supreme Court says an additional problem is, yeah, we can always let's say about somebody at a prison later, but we can't lose jurisdiction over the case. And this doesn't have that property. It's not that the case is going to become harder for you. Because there could be a permanent injunction and you could come back up and presumably they can continue. But our reputable harm is the point is it's murkier.
