Team building has been a focus for the company since it began. The team is now split, like 50, 50 us. We try to make it less like a lot of companies do off sights, and they bring in guess, lecturers,. They make it all about work. In canada, where we go becomes more agnostic. But i do think it's important. I do think it is something that we want to invest and its something that do the immediate results from that trip together.
