Would You Have Been an Agnostic if You Hadn't Been a Biblical Scholar?

One more audience question, and then we will do our summary for the day. Would you have become an agnostic if you had not become a biblical scholar? That's a really good question. I don't know what would have happened to me generally. The reason I became an agnostic is a long story but it's not because of my biblical scholarship. And just the horrible suffering made me realize that God isn't active in this world.
