The job description matters a ton in order to really recruit people these days. We're at an inflection point where the candidates have a tremendous amount of power in determining whether they want these jobs or not. They are as much interviewing the employer as the employers interviewing the candidate. And one of the things that i really firmly believe is deficient in our recruiting efforts is that our job descriptions stink.
