How to Improve Your Golf Practice

It varies from play to play a bit. You know, especially in probably getting to the more the guys that have sort of been working with us for a bit longer and a bit more advanced by this stage. It might be that they break up their practice session every half an hour and they've got a set number of drills or exercises they have to do. And those drills have a certain component of strengthening to them, but a lot of it's motor patterning and improving their movement. So again, you know, the asymmetrical nature of golf and it's repetitive.
