Lacan is known for taking on the most difficult hopeless quote unquote cases. His supporters say that he also took on the most hard to deal with cases. I feel like there are probably a lot of people who are really suffering and it does strike me that psycho analysis would be really hard for those people. You have to already have some kind of like a stronger. Constitution in yourself to be able to handle what it asks of you.
