Church on a Sunday is the place where highest proportion of non-Christians will attend. That could be people who've been coming to your church for 10 years. If you're not Christian, it might be someone with a non-Christian husband or child. I think that is the key funnel that if we unlock that - and until we have nailed that as a church, I really don't want to focus in too much on other stuff.
