The inversion technique was espoused by Charlie Munger. He learned about it from German mathematician Gustav Jacobi. It simply says to arrive at a solution for any given problem, simply turn the problem backward or upside down. The person that turns over the most rocks wins the game in live business relationships - nothing will work unless you do.
