When you are a woman that is still menstruating and having those hormonal fluctuations, you actually could be doing more harm than good by not dosing those hormone heat extressors appropriately. And I would say too that we see fasting glucose levels being a concern for several levels users that will start working with me because they want to work on lowering their fasting glucose. They're not having a lot of spikes after their meals, but it's this fasting glucose that's really difficult to come down.
