Are You Interested in Getting Into the Industry?
I would say to people, definitely get involved and it's very rewarding. And not get too hung up on titles. You can have a fantastic career as part of a team. I've met all these great people who have loved the industry. There isn't a normal foster himself doing a Frank Gehrig - they need you. Ashton Gortens years ago, he was a fantastic designer. He told me once: 'You've got to remember as a youngster, I need you as much as you need me'
