I find it really fascinating that the architecture of platforms creates their culture. I actually think that the innernet, in its sort of original incarnation, accelerated disclosure more right were you at all when it text based and people were typing. And then on the other extreme is meeting someone in real life, where you get to see sort of how they behave anthropologically before you get to know their interior. So there's this very slow process of disclosure during which you're becoming used to how they are.
