What Happened to Futurism?
Futurism has as a deep impact on the literary and cultural imagination of the time. Amin d h Lawrence, for example, is extremely stimulated by by futurist manifestoes. And one of the most famous sort of inheritances of marionette's rhetoric is in evelyn more's novel, vile bodies. I think very much the futurists spirit is here.
