Papa's Guide to Become a Pal
There's no special training required to become a pal. Papa says it does offer an array of optional training options that it sends to pals over email and other methods. The company told us that they've added more voluntary training over the past year. They send pals emails containing an average of six links with additional optional training content, along with a quarterly newsletter that includes a link to safety-related materials.
