"I have been on the record calling the bad tasks the most regressive tax that you can use because it hits the poorest among us the hardest," he says. "It's going to be that bad, not only on the middle class wealth extraction, but it's just going to further cartelize industries ... and I'm a smart guy if we don't mess this country up."
