The Leverage of Deployment Tooling
It's really looking for the things where the smallest amount of work can have the biggest impact. Writing up a set of architectural principles that other 300 people in engineering can use to make their own decision s without having to talk to me at all is a lot higher leverage than walking about, yo engineers fil's decisions one one at a time. The highest leverage stuff here is communicating. And i remember learning this from some one else, explaining how an agile project works with another coach and getting them to get it right. I wouldn't want to come in and say, no, look, i wort these principles. Why aren’t you following the principles? But i miy come in
