Breathing is one of the biggest indicators towards keeping me energized, keeping my body pain free after sitting on all those zooms. I really clench my belly and don't breathe deep. And so to be awesome at my job, I have to pay attention to my breathing. So you can do 4 breaths in, hold it for 7, and then try to exhale slowly, ideally through your nose for 8 beats.
