The Fed and the GAO Report on the Fed's Failures

CNN's John Defterios asks Fed officials about the failure of SVB, First Republic and Silvergate banks. The Federal Reserve has been heavily criticized over the last few months regarding this issue. "I was surprised by both of these based upon my entire experience," says former Fed Chairman Tom Neill. But he adds that there were things that were missed in regulation as well as supervision.
