The Evolution of Terminology in the UX Process
I think it's mostly stayed similar and obviously there is a certain amount that is kind of difficult to change. When I started this maybe through a lack of confidence in it or wanting to make it sound a slightly more official than I maybe needed to I used very kind of scientific terminology. That's the most commonly changed terminology I see on Gleanley. Facts can be confusing because a lot of people think of insights what we might call a fact so that's always an interesting conversation. Recommendation we actually used to call conclusion so when we first started this process it was actually called conclusion if you see my first medium article there's still some references to it in there but that was definitely wrong.
