Is There a Lightning Network Problem?
All fees are paid on successful transactions, and you don't have any fees paid on failed transactions. So maybe in the future, it's like some more complex model where the gambling site, let's say, is operating it,. Maybe you have a channel open between the gambling site and the peer? I'm not sure. It's frickan hard problem to solve.
