Is Fear of Failure Part of the Change in Leadership?

Fear of failure is part of the changing landscape leadershipyiwas one of the big, i don't know. The future leader has to be willing to try things and fail at things quickly and often - or else you won't be able to learn from them. We all have a sense of what a leader is and who a leader should be; it's somebody who's competent and confident. And asking the question "i don't know" is awful for leaders because they can't say it.
