The Good and the Bad of Y Combinator

Y Combinator is a two-sided marketplace where one party, not us, was in charge of both sides. Mike and I were like, okay, this doesn't feel like a good idea. And then we're flounding around just experimenting with different things. We actually didn't even tell anyone we were working on WorkflowE until we gave the presentation at Angel Day before presenting it to YC. But we've never heard everyone in YC say they were upset or sorry about that. It was just kind of funny.
