Merck's Extortion Is a Good Idea
I think Merck is doing the exact right thing. And I think they're only the first of these type of lawsuits that will emerge here in the years to come. Josh, Atello, any comments on this? Oh, boy. Well, I'll respectfully disagree a little bit. You know, when 99% of the country agrees that drug prices are too high,. The industry does a great job fighting anything that might get in the way of high drug prices. But I've not seen the industry really overtly making clear concessions to control and contain drug prices.
