The average farmer does very poorly in the current equation that they have. Large farms have put pressure on them. And I see economic potential for the small farmer being much better and shifting over to plant-based foods than to stay where they are. That means the innovations happen now. You don't replace an entire global food supply system that's worth 8 trillion by 2050.
