The Unrest About Dr. Oz

In January 2015, almost three years after Lindsey Duncan's appearance on Oz's show, the FTC sues him. The British medical journal publishes a study about his show. They found that at least half of all of Dr. Oz's claims either can't be verified by medical research or they've been straight up debunked. In April 2015, a group of doctors across the US release an open letter calling on Columbia to sever its ties with Dr. Oz. He launches into a 30-minute screed, naming and personally questioning each of the doctors who called him out.
