Ashley Anderson-Zentop is the CEO of Cambium, a company that helps kids learn to read and write. She says she's learned an enormous amount from her customers directly but also has a very high level sense of all of these different things happening in education. Her advice: Go talk to people who are already doing it; don't just listen to echo chamber ideas. And then harnessing that wisdom with new tools such as spelling city or micro-credentialing for homeschoolers.
