Dan Stanley is a retired award-winning senior Army commando, a key decision maker in a multi-million-pound service business and a former national sporting champion in indoor rowing. Dan is a frequent contributor to national publications such as Men's Fitness and Muscle and Health magazine, public speaker and is also an expert in human development and performance.

Yet despite his outward successes, he experienced a ‘midlife crisis’ shortly after becoming a father which very nearly cost him his marriage. He found he had many questions that he couldn’t answer. He was forced to learn who he truly was, where his life was going and to accept his failings. Ultimately, success is an inside job.

And so, he embarked on a journey of introspection, personal growth, and deliberate action to become the BetterMan you see today whilst helping others to do the same.
