The Market Hasn't Made Much Progress in the Last Three Weeks

The market's closing close to onsh only down or up 20 30 base points on day after day in fact a week over week. We are just sort of waiting one way or another I think it's pretty well understood where I think but am I right in and looking at it through that lens saying it's sort of like you're waiting for that fuse to ignite something? Well sure you can feel the so the words quiescent kind of mind but also tension meaning we are basically sitting in a very tight range. Things are coming that will determine whether indeed this market should be lower if you can use the word shouldn't this business or should be higher.
