I love the idea of a five senses journal because we see what we're looking for. If you're not specific enough, it becomes just a mental exercise that after a while doesn't have much benefit. And I think that's what the senses are is they allow us to be much more specific about that thing. The photo a day is a great exercise. A lot of people like to do that. It doesn't cover all four senses. But it is something that many people take great pleasure in and there is a creative thing - but also pretty easy.
