How to Get Ready for the First Day of Your Job
The first advice I would simply give is to be excited about it. There is a bit of a different approach to doing business compared to Germany. We have to know more than just the language. And luckily for them, by doing business in English, they have already a good opportunity to access many materials in English. So that's a very good opportunity for them to take advantage of.
