Do You Feel the Pressure to Go to the Office?

I feel very guilty right now and I know some people when they go travelling or whatever they do not post on social media whatsoever because they feel guilty about their team at home. It's your business though like you build it. And if they're jealous of this or that it's like we'll build something yourself and go do it. The biggest thing for me is not having to follow up on things is done. Like I don't have to check anything. It's already done. That's the biggest difference and I've had shit people in the past. Now I've got a few good people everyone. They still an A player or A players like high level high level tasks like complex stuff
