The current decision overturns Roe by basically saying that the right to privacy does not extend to abortion because it's not mentioned in the Constitution. What the 9th Amendment says is just because we didn't enumerate the right in the Constitution doesn't mean it isn't right. And then the question is whether unenumerated rights, whether the Supreme Court or the judiciary can defend those against the tyranny of the majority and the legislature.
