Managing a Destination Owner's Property Acquisitions Strategy

i love explaining it to people that aren't in the industry, or like my parents. We manage a couple of their properties, and we'd have a couple of family friends that are trying to get into it. They don't know. And i may be a little bit stronger of an advocate on some of that leverage than some because i say, well, you know, we've got to learn that. It's going to help them scale quickly.
