When you're doing customer development, it's paramount that you're talking to people that are your customers. You can't just interview anyone. It needs to be people that have this problem. When you're doing usability testing, it's different. Anybody who operates a phone should be able to find that they don't have to be one of our customers, right? Alexa, what's your design?
