How to Set Deadlines for Product Development

Nikita: I was the first person on the team to develop their product and I've been able to keep my hands really dirty in development, so I know kind of how long something can take. Marco: When things are getting really tight to the deadline, you just have to ask the engineering team, can you stay on for the extra few hours? Can you keep coding to get the features out? Nikita: You always have to keep a buffer in deadlines because development is proportionate to how many hours engineering team puts on.
